right, this b@stard weber is still over fueling after having being rebuilt. i've got a feeling the float level is waaay off. don't suppose any of you people know what it should be?

tbh, i can't be arsed to phone webcon at the moment :P

yeh, return is connected up on a t-piece with the fuel pipe. reason i say float level is because when i put new bushes and gaskets in it, i notice one of the floats was bent up higher than the other.

don't think it's the jets either, the carb came off a 1.3sr so i assume it should be close enough to run fairly well. it's overfuelling to the extent of having a co level of 5.8%...

that's nothing, it was at 9% before i bent the floats back into shape and replaced the power valve.
