im going to be putting a c20xe into my 1.0 nova and for the tank side of things should i go through the hassle of brazing a return and having an external pump mounted else where in the car ?? or should i just find a injection tank and just uprate the pump and swap the tank ??

I'd say get a GTE/GSI tank as they have a swirl pot fitted. And even if you fit return pipe, I don't think the feed pipe is big enough to cope with demand.

Yeah just use a gte/gsi tank, and external pump. They have the internal swirl pot.
