Changing gear boxes

2 things reallyLong shot but can some lend me or take lots of pic of where every bolt on there f17gear box goes need to rebuilt mine and I is unsure lots of bolt no idea where they go.




And the main reason for my thread. I have a 4speed box in car what do I need to change to fit my 5speed from my gsi ? Both cars are mk2 and I have two complet cars so have all parts, just need to know what to swop

i have no clue about the f17 box question, but you can simply remove a 4speed f10 & fit a gsi box using the original mounts & bolts, as long as it isn't a 1.0 ohv engine. all the small block ohc engines up to 1600 originally fitted to a nova will take the f13cr box from a gsi. you need to fit the 5 speed linkage too though
