is it a good idea to change these while cams or off ??? cheers

If after 16v lifters autovaux is best place for INA lifters 159 set, vaux are 24ech!

beware of cheap lifters.
its arguable whether or not its worth replaceing unless theyre knackered. usually if you clean the varnish and crap out them theyre fine. you can replace them fairly easily anyway.

since you said 'cams' im assuming 16v.
