Orange peel dull patch on new paint

Hi I have re painted my car and looks good just a bit orange peel and two dull patches one one bonnet and one on roof what should I use to get all nice and shiny? Wet and dry? Cutting compound? And how long before I can do the above? Thanks dan

1500 wet 3000 6000 wet, 3m fast cut plus is the best compound out I wouldn't recommend using anything else

Just be carefull you dont sand thru.
