loom plug for x16xe needed

im after one of these for a x16xe, its next to the 2 ecu plugs on the loom and also what dose it do?

I have a whole x16xe loom in my bedroom I think, problem is some of it is burnt if that plug is on and useable you can have the whole loom for nowt.

That wiring loom is for when you wire your ignition, speedo and transponder in.
