I'm not at home to check, but I want to buy some rose joints to fabricate some lower arms, so what size bolts go through the arm bush to attach to the chassis?

Cheers.

M10 aren't they? 17mm head and 15mm nut?

iaiaiaiaian is correct.
definitely m10.

it might be prudent to use a larger size rose joint for strength & fit a sleeve over the bolt then you can also add spacers to get it positioned right

I've found a picture of a sexy looking setup which I might steal some ideas from. im thinking of opening up the holes slightly to take it to m12..... hmmm decisions decisions

the stock m10 setup has managed to work ok on several million novas without failure, i'd leave it as it is..

But when using a rose joint theres a lot less surface area handing out the stress onto the bolt. your idea of using a sleeve over it might work though, I just worry about that creating 'movement'..... happy to be proved wrong though.

if you make the sleeve the right length & diameter, it will be pinched into the bracket & won't move. then if you make collars to fit either side of the rose joint that are held in place by grub screws, you will keep the rose joint in the right location, and it also allows for a certain amount of adjustment of the collars if needed
