photoshop please

im really new to photoshop and cant seem to get the hang of this 'layers' thing.... can someone please do me a big favour and take the ears off shrek and put them on my mates head.... rep for whoever helps... cheers guys

cheers bud, i need to brush up on my skills. what photoshop do you use? i've go elements 10 but find it sooooo complicated!!

did you pay for it or 'aquire' it from the net? im guessing its quite simple to use?

I've been using it for nearly 20 years now so yes it's fairly straight forward, I bought it through my work.
There's plenty of tutorials on the Internet so it's just a matter of teaching yourself really ;)
