Ae all sport door cards the very early type with fake stiching or are the C reg ones the same as other C reg to H reg basic novas, the ones without fake stitching etc?

There are three different designs. The Sport version that has two double horizontal lines parrallel to each other and a large circle around the window winder handle.
Slightly later ones have a couple of lines that go down at a 45 degree angle around the winder handle and the later SR ones are the same but with perferations in the centre section.

This is the Sport design but Sport cards had no pockets as standard.

Thanks, i have two of the type in your second pic, just wasn't sure if they would be "authentic" for my sport replica...looks like I'll need to put iit on a C plate eventually.

surely a grey one painted brown would be authentic enough for your replica?

I never knew there were differences in door cards. you learn somthing new every day.

They are grey just now, as is the mk1 dash etc. Just planning ahead, plan tp buy the graphics etc when I can afford them but the biggest problem I think will be the seats.

Yes, on my two B reg cars, they have the early door cards, another small difference is the rear seat brackets and release buttons, on the swing they are different to every other nova I have seen.
