where i get a new bonnet pull cable for mk2

sorry if this has been covered many times, but i need a nova bonnet pull cable, for mk2 sri, just to get mot on her

where to buy a new cable if they still can be got

if you can make the bonnet release with a homemade release then it will pass the mot i've had my mk3 cav with a bit of string out the grill for the past 3 mot's there is nothing in the mot rules that states how the bonnet should be released just that it needs to secure well and release well

aye can get it open wen i take the grille off, cable broke , but want a new cable
