1.2 to 1.4 engine swap dizzy and cam problems.

Help needed,

Currently have a 1.2 8v c12 nz 45 bhp and have just bought a 1.4 x14sz the 1.4 runs a coil pack and the 1.2 runs dizzy will the standard cam from the 1.4 run the 1.2 distributor.

Any help would be great cheers Corey

You may have to swap the cam, or even the whole cam carrier too.

Cheers mate. The cam boxes are different just need to now if the cam from the 1.4 will fit in the 1.2 cam box and will it run the dizzy? The 1.4 cam has a single offset hole in the dizzy end?
