13" Wheels wont fit over big block brakes.

Depends really on tyre choice and width wheather it will foul the arches.

however the std nova 13" steels will be fine with a 60mm drop and std brakes.

Depends on what profile tyre you fit and if 13's will fit over your choice of brakes.

the brakes are corsa sport 236mm disc and was looking at a 165 65 13 tyre

i'm currently running 165 65 13 wheels and my speedo says im doing 80 when i'm doing 68 the proper tyre size is 165 70 13 but i can't say how much better that will be with the speedo

5.5 or 6j x 13" running 185/60R13's would be best.
