At Horden this evening. Anyone go?
I usually have nowt to do with their meets, or this stuff in general now, but as it was just down the road, when my mate asked did I want to go in his MR2 Turbo, I said yeah.
There were tons of the usual, samey diesel VAG stuff with stickers and bright wheels - boring.
There were several old skool Vaux's in attendance too. Nick Scotts (no belongs to mk1fiestalewis?) old Y reg 2dr Nova saloon on Ronal Turbos, a nice, standard white mk2 Astra GTE, a 5dr Cav GSi with a Turbo identity crisis, and a grey 4dr Cav, possibly a GSi.
Any of the owners on here?
The Ford boys were well represented too. :d
It was a decent enough turnout, I reckon 2-300 cars. I just find it all a bit boring now.
