hello all

I am going to be replacing the whole front panel/cross member on the nova if I take the engine out at the same time dose the engine bay need to be braced at all so it don't twist??
may sound like a silly question but never done one before and just wanted to make sure before I do it and find out it bends in half or something stupid lol

cheers

Itll be fine.

make sure you get the front pannel to lign up with the bonet catch. Id leave the bonnet on
untill you have the replacement pannel tacked on. try the wings on for fittment while its tacked. It helps to get the panel gaps right.

Measure everything twice, check that all the panels line up ok before welding in.

Just be patient and tack it in place and trial fit the front end before stiching it up. Theres nothing worse than spending hours welding and realising its an inch out lol
