Lock stop I/D and O/D dimentions

I'll be making some lock stops soon. Can anyone give me the I/D and O/D of the washers so I can make a range of thicknesses.

I'm sure I found some ones to suit a Mini that would fit a Nova rack when I was looking, let me have a dig.
