hello i have a car that i needs taxing iv sent of the v62 form but iv put the rong post code:tard:
can i go to the dvla office, mine is in sheffield and do it then and get a tax disc

You need the number off the V5 to tax it online. You can tax it with the green slip.

Have you still got the green slip, if you have you can use that.
I took mine other day with mot and insurance and mot reminder and they gave me it didn't ask for log book

He won't have a reminder though so other than a logbook or the greenslip then he's knackered.

DVLA are a bunch of retards:
You need to use form V10 if you’ve just told DVLA of a change of address or keeper and haven’t got a new registration certificate yet.
...
You need a V5C vehicle registration certificate (log book) to use this form.
Fukking idiots lol
I'd fill out the V10 and take it to the post office and see what they say.
