nova 1.2 engine swap

could do with some advice if anyone knows the answers?

i own a 1992 k reg 1.2 nova expression with the single point injection engine.

i have a x14sz 1.4 from a corsa 1998 the engine is complete woth box and shat but no wiring. (this engine is also single point injection with an egr on the manifold and a coil pack rather a distributor)

question one: would i be able to swap the engine attaching the distrubutor from my original 1.2 on to the end of the cam box of the 1.4 and will the 1.4 have the correct cut out on the end of the cam?

question two: is the oil pump the same on the 1.4 (x14sz) as the 1.2 or do all the different 8 valve j series engines have different oil pumps?

question 3 if i was replacing the cam but on a budget would an orginal cam for the 1.4 be the best option or are all the cams from the j series 8 valves the same?

question 4 is the timing casing on the 1.4 the same as the other 8 valves e.g my 1.2? and are these still available anywhere, my vauxhall dealer said a nova 1.2 casing was unavailable but if the 1.4 form a 98 corsa is the same they had those on the shelf.
