well i finally called them caus i'm alrady skint this month with 2 1/2 weeks till pay day.

i said 'i made an order for some nova clear rear lights and haven't recieved them'

matey said 'yeah you wont have caus there out of stock'

i said 'i'll have a refund then please'

he said ' wots your name?'

i said 'Martin Ferguson'

he said 'ok then, thats sorted'

so i said 'ok,thanks' and hang up.

still bit worried bout it though caus he didn't even question it, the convo literally lasted 30 secs.

if its not in the bank by tuesday then i'll ring again i think.

What did you expect them to ask?

They get it all day, they look you up on the screen and then just cancel the order and the moeny gets refunded to your account, it is a simple transaction.

They only refund to the account it was paid from so no one else is going to benefit from pretending to be you.

yeah, i jus worked out there a crap company.

i fought they might at least ask for an order reference number or something like that.

hopefully have the money so i can get a splitter or enev my novadose front end fitted.
