De handled doors

Hi people those who run them. What do you do about opening from the outside? Do you leave the interior handle? Just something im thinking about.

on tvrs etc they have a little push button on the underside on mirror, if that helps

I just wired up a little stainless button under the mirror which didn't work when the alarm was active

Would they need to be waterproof? Also what solenoid do people recommended?
