The Courtenay ones dont lower the car that much. They are -30mm over standard height of a non XE engined nova. Does give you a very stealthy sleeper look however...
THey were £60 odd when I last bought some
I have XE rated springs but they are quite low, 100mm I think they are

Have you got a pic of 100mm drop bud
I might get the Courtney ones, has any1 got a pic of them on car?
Sixty pounds a pair Dan? I could live with that and just chop half a coil off
Is that not bit bad practice chopping springs or is it ok?

Not sure if they do mate, give them a buzz on the or check the site
Gaz make non Coilover springs. They make them for the likes of stock rods and similar where the have to run std springs. You could also use some 2 1/4 inch springs with tops and bottoms on std shocks.
theres a guy on ebay doing custom nova kits, ive not been on here in ages though and cant remember if im allowed to post ebay links

Mr lofthouse chopped 2 full coils off when he used to run Courtenay springs
cutting coils is beyond stupid, they are flatted at 1 end to seat in the shock, and im sure the ends are tempered differently
True mate
Has anyone got a pic of nova with courtney springs

Not that I am supporting it but Nova fronts aren't flat at all!
Are they not? Well I didn't know that, I presumed as it needed seating in the shock it had to be flat at the ends.
One end of a nova front spring is open ended and can be trimmed within reason problems arise when idiots chop a factory spring on half and think it will be ok, taking half a coil of an updated spring on an uprated shock won't cause any problems if its just to level the car out

Got some from gaz :)
How much were they pal? What poundage? What length?
Any poundage any length £84 I got 350lbs and -60mm for my b8s that's just for fronts btw
Brilliant thanks was that including postage and vat?
Yeah man all in was 30 each then by time vat and post added on was I'm looking forward to them coming
Edit: 2 weeks lead time tho
