miami blue long term project c20xe

hi there everyone this is my first project thread soo bear with me well i have a 1.2 nova that i bought off of ian knox in august 2011 this is my second miami blue nova but i thought that it was time for a change and build another c20xe as i currently have a a corsa as my run about but i am going to be breaking soo i will be useing the engine from that it is a dizzie model xe i would like this to be a long term project well i sopose i better get sum pics up :)

wee update on how the nova is geting on a got the f20 box cleand and in paint just have to get the flywheel cover and diff cover off as i am dooing them black and almost have the 1200 engine and box out ready to get the engine bay all painted up and start geting the xe in and stuff once pay day arrives i will order strenthing plates to get that out the way its geting there slowley but surely will upload some more pics once engine is out :)

well the engine is near enough out just need to undo the mounts n lift it out my pal Dave is taking the engine for his we project will get pics up of that he there has been some changes the full shell is getting a respray in the same couler bit all the wee ding etc will be sorted so it has taken another step back but will be worth it in the end up having a nice immaculate we nova and hopefully will get to some meets when its done dose enyone no if corsa b mount the same as the nova for the xe cheers

well today was good wee day at the office got the engine out and the bay stripped as next couple of days will bee ordering the paint and strengthing plates soo posiably could be away to get painted next week wich gives me a bit of time as i got the corsa along to the garrage today soo i will start stripping that tomorrow so wen the nova gose i will bee painting the engine up and geting the nice going to go for a red block and chrome rocker cover with red hoses i think i will get some pics of the xe and nova going for paint soon thanks for the comments guy cheers :thumb:

Good work, miami blue seems to be a popular colour now took mine off the road in 2006 and still havnt finished it, infact havnt done anything to it for about 2years or so

aye gary wasnt going to plan was to get a tidy up n stuff then things just escalated and now its geting a full respray new back arch two wings etc haha just ordered alot of parts over that week there soo just waiting on the rest arriving should bee good hopefully have it out again this summer but who nos are you bringing yours out this year :)
