I met the guy to swap some parts and he seemed ok, but then swapped some parts via parcels and he didnt send me his side of the bargain despite a load of excuses. He sent me money to cover it in the end after a load of grief.

He looks to have sold some window surrounds in a job lot on ebay

I have dealt with him.

I bought a couple of sub frames from him a couple of weeks back, good communication and fairly quick delivery however I did ask him to send me the bolts with them which he agreed but when arrived had no bolts.

I chased him and he did get back to me and said he woul send them out first class because I wanted them before the weekend to have ready for PVS but they didn't show and he said he also sent another lot which I haven't recieved, whether it's just Royal Mail feeling something interesting and taking it for themselves I don't know but on first impressions he was a good seller.

I've posted around 250-300 items via royal mail an every item made it fast so either he never sent them or poorly wrote your address

You're not helping yourself, if I had been given bad feedback I would be trying everything to sort it. You have supposedly posted 2 sets of bolts and neither being delivered which is highly unlikely unless you didn't post/wrote address poorly and/or put wrong address on.

Yes I recieved the subframes (although twisted) I left good feedback on your feedback thread however I hadn't recieved the bolts on the 3 times you was meant to of sent them.

Do you live in a caravan that moves every couple of weeks? Cos if you don't, you have no reason to rip folk off.

i have also ordered and paid for parts and not recieved after paying on the 05/06 given long enough so paypal claim put in, shame as the parts were a good price clear that he is a piss taker. had no response after numerous attempts, the reason you pay the paypal charge. funny how he asked for it to be gifted.
