refitting grab handles

refitting a set of mk2 grab handles and the bodyshop damaged the original plastic studs that holds them in place.

Can they be bought or what else can i use for this job that will look factory?

You may well be able to get replacements from Vauxhall.

just turn the damaged side round?

Depends what you mean by damaged. Usually you would remove them by screwing a screw into the plastic stud and pulling them out. As millworm said you turn them round so the side you screwed the screw into is now at the back and hidden.

Put self tappers in or messure the size and buy some nylon to fit.
