Front splitters

Anyone recommend a front splitter for a mk2?
Seen loads of RGM ones but the photos are all really bad ones and can't really get an idea of what they actually look like fitted. Also would I need a gsi bumper or can they be fitted to a standard merit bumper?

i test fitted a mk3 vr6 one looked good but never kept it on lol

Yeah you can fit to poverty spec bumpers. Astra Mk4 can look good

I've always preferred the Espace splitter myself:

If you have a look on my project thread on page 2 there's a pic of mine fitted with an Ibiza splitter and page 3 a pic of my bumper with a corsa gsi splitter.

Mk4 Astra and Espace can look good.

Seat Cordoba and other huge ones look so out of place imo.

Personally, I prefer not seeing one. They don't tend to follow the lines (and colour) of the bumper.

Whats that one called mate? Quite like the look of that one. Any ideas where I can get an espace splitter from?

The espace one often pops up on eBay but you can still buy them from Renault around £70 iirc

Ah fair enough mate, found an espace one on ebay for £32 so I might just buy it, birthday soon so I'll be onto the misses about it haha

back in the day, i used to have a seat toledo splitter on my nova van. that always got good comments & i liked the look of it but that was back when bodykits & all that kind of crap was still in. so not sure wether it would look right nowadays
