anti roll bar lowering

hi all, I know that when fitting an xe and an anti roll bar the anti roll bar needs to lowered so that it clears the exhaust manifold, I was just wondering which would be better. either to lower the anti roll bar using the blocks so that just the anti roll bar lowers or to lower the tie bars so it lowers the anti roll bar bearing in mind that they will be on a low car so I'm just worried about them catching on bumps in the road etc. what's everyone thoughts and what have you done?

I'm planning on not having one. From what I've read, it came across as personal choice. And a 50/50 better or not opinion

I don't have a antiroll bar on my XE I did have but I took it off just I test as I had heard mixed opinions. In my opinion it's better without seems to eliminate some torque steer and still corners well to but that's just my opinion
