Is this the right loom for my c20xe engine?? Plugs not matching up

Can anybody help....fitted my c20xe into the nova at the weekend and started connecting the loom which I got with the engine. However, I can only manage to connect two or three plugs. The rest don't fit.

My Air Flow Meter has 7 pins but my loom has no 7 pin plugs?

A list of photo's below showing the plugs I have been unable to connect. Can anyone shed some light?

3) The 2 pin red plug? Then the next 5 plug to the right in the photo is from the back of the block loom, my engine loom does not have a 5 pin connection? Then there is a 3 pin plug....and I already have the Hall sensor connected.

5)This looks like the coil plug at the end of the loom, however my coil pack only has a 4 pin connection?

6)This plug is on the original car loom and also contails the horn and reverse switch wiring...is this something to do with the cooling fan? Brown/White trace and Black wire.

7)Blue 2 wire plug for the CTS sensor.....cannot find a connection for this on the front of the block?

8)Is this where the Lambda connects? Plug next to the battery.

I'm 90% sure thats a coilpack loom

Second pic looks like air temp sensor

Third is tank vent valve

Forth is TPS & mini loom plug for ICV and knock sensor

Fifth pic looks like coilpack plug and the big plug is for ignition amplifier

Thanks for this mate....does this mean that this loom is no use for this engine? Or can it be adapted?

Yes, I think your right about the engine mount being for a corsa.

You'll have to convert engine to coilpack or get another loom

Think it would be easier to get another loom....do you know what type I should be looking for?

You'll need a loom made for engine with distrubuter, there is lambda and non lambda ones

Probably be easier to find one for a lambda engine, you'll need ecu to match your loom too
