has anyone ever fitted one from a x18xe1 or x20xev? im planning on fitting one of those upgraded inlets and was wondering if there is a way of tarting it up a bit
the x16xe head & rocker cover are different to even the later x16xel let alone the x18xe1 & the big block xe... they are unique to the x16xe.. i have a spare one in my shed if you need one to play with

Early 1.8 and all the 2.0 engines are big blocks, the rocker from one of them will be too big

no not the engine cover the actual rocker cover that bolt to the head. im gona take a engine cover off a x18xe1 and mod it to fit i think

you will have metal & holes in all the wrong places...the head/rocker cover is totally different, mostly cos they use the later coilpack on the x18xe1

Just paint it in fancy colours. Mine and Southie's old C16XE...

to be honest, the later rocker cover doesn't look much better once the plastic cover is off it
