I have recently acquired a Corsa B 1.2 SPI to replace my sadly rusty daily Nova. I had it outside my unit for a couple of weeks before my insurance swapped over and when I came to drive it it wouldn't start. It coughed and spluttered but wouldn't run and after spending a long time turning it over and spraying WD40 down the inlet it eventually fired up. It was a bit lumpy and missed a bit but after a good drive it all seemed ok. I used it for work (14 miles each way) for a week and then yesterday after not driving it for a day or so I started it and went to reverse off my drive and it stalled (or I stalled it, not sure) and wouldn't start again. I got a tow to my unit and managed to bump start it on the way, though it took a while. Once again it was a bit lumpy and missed a bit but after a drive it seemed fine and has started and driven fine since. There is a bit of 'cream' under the oil filler but water looks fine and it doesn't run hot. Compression is good and within 15% across all 4. Anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this?
Thanks
