Polish it up, grease it and put it back in

Gently bend the legs back in too, helps it hold. Then do as above.

I'm building up a 'new' linkage with bronze bushes instead of plastic so wanted a nice new pin...I've come up with something else instead which will be better

My pin got jammed in mine before,right pain to get out,so I welded a nut underneath and put a long bolt through it,was easier
