Dunlops are better than Hankooks but cost more give PEC Tyres a call http://www.pecgroupltd.co.uk/tyres.htm I've used them for 30 years for my Tyre supplier and have all ways given me good advise.
As a cheap but good tyre I've all ways like the Ecsta V70A

Road-legal, List 1B tyre which has already proved its credentials on the track as the long-term control tyre for the KUMHO BMW Championship. Recommended for circuit racing, sprint and hill climb events. The ideal tyre for track day use. Wide range of 13" to 18" sizes available in a choice of compounds.

I agree Dunlops are better but I think the hankooks wear better and from my supplier the price difference makes the hankook my tyre of choice
But the point is I've been offers these Yoko tyres there all used but excellent condition so which would give me the best grip 032 or 048

I've used both, and they are ace. 32's are available in super soft compound, 48's are not available in super soft. I run my nova with super soft 32's in 185/60/13.

As above. 32's if you can get them in super soft. If its only soft or medium available in either then go for the 48's as they are marginally better in the wet. Both are Tarmac tyres and perform very well.
