Clutch for an C20xe with F20 box

Can anyone help....what clutch do I need for an C20xe with F20 box? I think my flywheel is the early type flat flywheel seen below:

When I got the engine it came with a brand new clutch. I tried fitting the clutch but I think the wrong one has been supplied. Fitted it in with the alignment tool and tightened all the bolts. Removed the tool and the clutch plate fell down. It doesn't seem to be thick enough or the wrong clutch. The flywheel has a slight indent between the face where the friction plate sits and the outer edge where the clutch bolts onto. Anyone know where the best place is to order a new clutch?
