Fuel system for webers

I have a c20xe engine fitted with a set of weber 45s I'm going to do a small in car system and do away with the whole system currently fitted my problem is what fuel pump do I need as done want to send to much pressure up top and don't want to send not enough ,
Also will I need a pressure reg fitted if so what pressure do I set it to ? Many thanks

Need something like a facet redtop pump and a carb fuel pressure reg set to 3psi, which unless you have a gauge to do it, its going to be a rolling road job.
