ebay manifold, turbo, oil feed/return, exhaust made to suit, jobs a good en on the cheap, oh n dont forget lower comp 2 gaskets or have a spacer made, upgrade injectors maybe, 200bhp + has been seen on standard management im gonna do it on my seh when i can be arsed

im sure there is a 180 bhp ne turbo corsa b round my way, was posted on vauxsausage other week.

not thought of a b204 sabb lump? cheaps as chips for full car and ebay sell loom adapters for most vaux cars

If using the c20ne, you can use a 1.9mm head gasket for the z20let engine. This should lower compression plenty. Injector wise, 1.8 or 2.0L ecotec ones should do the job. As trev said, 200+ bhp is easily achievable for not a lot of cash.

If anyone wants a set of 20ne pistons and rods to lower the cr give me a shout. I took aset out of my old mk2 cav to put 16v pistons in to rise the cr and the engine had only done a genuine 75k.
