Hi all, ive had some great advice on here, and need some more. Ive had my nova gsi a few months shes been sat for about 5 years i think before i had her. Ive done all work and shes got mot tomo, fingers crossed. Bringing her back from my mates today i had her running nice up to about 30, had an open road in front of me, put my foot down a lil, hit 40, she stuttered back fired, and was not running well. Previous owner has had it camed, im thinking it could need timing done, any ideas anyone, thanks in advance :)

When were the plugs and leads last changed, ive just had sporadic misfire higher in the rev range on my xe due to plug failure!

i think there were some variance in dizzy caps for 1.6 8v; maybe take part number/part in to get the right one..?

Could be the mixture. Check the plugs to see if there the right coulor.
