I have a bottom end, with pistons and all the other ballardy on it. Was going to use it for a xe conversion but found a full engine which would have saved me time.

BB4 6NS. 07428900812 . If you can pick it up, you can have it for £85. Need to get rid and make space. Painted block iirc, with sump, I believe it is complete.
