Probably useless unless you tell them to fit the correct poundage springs. Take a look at AP coilovers though as they are essentially the same parts in the kit apart from the height adjustment rings.

Thanks Simon, I'm needing a new suspention kit( my car is running cheap eBay coilovers and it handles pants)

To many options but I need to get correct springs to suit or its all pointless

Ideally I want to buy a kit that gives me option to choose my springs so I don't have to buy them twice

Look at Gaz if you want something customised, they will deal direct and give you exactly the body length/damping rates/spring rates you want, works out a touch over £500ish for GHA kit and just over £1000 for Gaz Golds iirc.

Cheers do you need spacers to stop the wheel hitting c/over with gaz?

I have spacers ATM and have speed lines
