Already spoke to both, the replies were........

Headquarters told me to use google to find a supplier.

GSF said they can supply the black shock but not a suspension kit.

Tried a couple of places on the net and they never got back to me.

Which suspension kit do you need? Do you have a part number?

I have bought a full AVO kit. Anyone any experience with them? What are they like? I currenlty have FK coilovers in the front and koni dampers in the rear with Gsi springs. I intend to use the AVO's in the front and leave the rears the way they are as its handles nice the way it is.

I've had no issues with the FK's, competition use only too.

But I'm asking about AVO's.

I wouldn't have another set of Avos , every time you hit a slightly bump it sounds like your car is going to split in half and the ride was harsh too

I picked up a set of Spax RSX (front coilovers and adjustable rear dampers with separate springs) ridiculously cheap secondhand from a friend. Im hoping these are ok as I want a softer ride than my current set up.
Anyone else tried these?

for soft, simply use new std ones...
