C20xe linkage problem

Done a conversion on my nova but need to push the stick down for 1st and 2nd gear? Pretty sure 4th is reverse aswell.
Anybody know how to sort this?

Readjust the linkage maybe ??

Your reverse is to the left of 1st, re-adjust your linkage
