View Full Version : Fuel line clip fasteners - gsi

Hello people, my '91 gsi's steel fuel lines that run from the tank to the engine developed a leak due to the dreaded tin worm. I've made and fitted new pipes, happy days. However, the hoses under the car are separated by a rubber shaped like an '8' in section, and clamped by a plastic 'W' section. This is all fixed to studs on the floorpan by a plastic fixing. 3 of my fixings broke. They are an internally threaded cylinder, with a slotted pan head drive. Nobody I can find sells these fixings.
HELP! Anyone know where I can buy some of these fixings or have any to sell? Cheers

I have a load of new ones of these I got with a car years ago but not sure where they are. I know I will still have them but it is finding them.

I did think of fixing it with a rubber section, but there were both rotten front to back. Pretty easy job too...to my surprise. Just need some new clips!

Ocp parts...I guess they're based in Germany. Are they easy to deal with and get parts sent over? Anyone used them before?

We just replace them with motor factors fuel and brake line clips with rubber slips around them , hope this helps if not I'm sorry
