Hi what work and hard would it be to put a gte engine on bike carbs in a corsa sport shell thanks dan

I would be the same as putting the engine in a nova, as they mount up the same...

like will said mate, they share the same mounts, so practically the same.
i think your corsa driveshafts will work fine, nova's are a smidge shorter if i remember ?
youve most likely already got the petrol tank for it too, so no worries there.
make sure you grab the engine wiring loom and ecu with the gte engine
you might need to get a new exhaust manifold and downpipe for it, depending on what block was in there previously (the old one might not have clearance and hit the sump of the new engine)
little bit of re-wiring to do, and thats about it, unless im missing something.
remember to fill the gearbox with oil when its all back together too :thumb:

considering a c16se was one of the std fit engines in a corsa, it is a doddle.

No it wasn't. C14se was, but the 1600 wasn't.
