alternator

Hi, i have a bosch alternator fitted to my gsi rated at 55a, ive known people to uprate it on other cars, would it be possible to fit the 70a version to my gsi, is this worth doing? Thanks :d

You can by messing about swapping pulleys etc, but on a nova gsi it would be overkill tbh. Bigger alternator is only needed on cars running more electrics off the alternator.
