Is there anywhere I can find a technical data sheet for rebuild purposes? Need to know all torque figures for nuts/bolts etc.

My mechanic friend will do it for me while I assist and he wants the info in order for us to do everything properly.

Are the big end and main bearing cap bolts stretch type or standard (I ask as it says to tighten a further x degrees)? Currently got the old bolts sitting here, just wondering if I need new ones (if they are stretch).

Where is this scan page taken from anyway?

Is the above correct for both XE & LET or are they different?

What spec u building engine too? Your ment to replace main bolts but ive re-used them and alot of people i know have. Rodbolt wise id fit arp's'and be done with it, cheap insurance compared to standard.

Depends on which moly lube you get with your bolts, the newer lube in blue packet states 32ft lb, whereas the older lube in the white packet says 32ftlb iirc tightened + slackened 3times so after 3rd tighten you leave them.

No massive power, just above standard ~ 215BHP - 225BHP max. But are standard bolts stretch?

I've read that one in the articles page - shame it's not in document for where it would be laid out a bit clearer (even though Adam's done a good job putting it on here)

What can I expect to pay for rodbolts by ARP? I will go Vauxhall tomorrow to ask how much they charge on trade.
