I've got a lovely 19" oz superleggura that I'm going to slice the back off so that I'm left with a face about 3" thick. Then i want to fit a clock mech to so I can mount it in the house. Anyone got any idea where I can get the mech from? Like the one below but a real wheel and tire

Its the depth off the spindles im struggling with there's loads of 18" plus clocks on eBay but the mechs hidden behind a 2mm peace of material, I want to hide the mech but off the top of my head the wheel centre cap holes is about 50mm thick

I looked into the same a while ago as I've got the timing sprockets/chain off a '72 Mustang 302, but I never found anything deep enough at a decent price, think the only ones I found were fancy brass looking things for about £30, I'd be interested if you found anything though.
