Body shops in the south

I'm looking for a body shop to spray my nova. I'm in Southampton but am willing to travel a reasonable distance for the right job. Can any one recommend me anywhere?

Needs to be a top job and preferably be painted in an oven.

Where i used to work are very good, some times a bit slow tho. Paint is oven baked. Pm me for more info.
