Basically I bought a set of wheels for £51. I had previously asked him if he would end early, he said he wanted £150. I said I would take my chances. He's sent me a message now the auction has closed saying he sold them to someone else ( oh rly?) and has notified me via eBay that he wants to cancel the transaction. Do I have to accept this? Obviously I know I'm never going to get the wheels, but want to cause him grief just for being a ****. Sorry I'm not up on eBay, I don't use it much, for this very reason lol:thumb:

If you've one the auction then it's legally binding so Ebay should be on your side, not sure what they'd do though besides maybe get the refund of £51 sent back too you and possible get his account closed.

You have won the auction. Forward all messages from him with your responses to ebay. Also dont cancel the transaction.

If you agree to cancel the transaction he doesnt get charged ebay fees. Therefore dont cancel.

Ebay will do nothing other than refund you (if you have paid)- I would suggest negative feedback and refuse to cancel the transaction.

Just had this done to myself on ebay and it is very annoying.

I would if i knew his address lol you can't see his address until he sends an invoice. I chose not to cancel the transaction, and declined it. Declining it just closes the case anyway! W.O.T

Closes the case, but means he still gets charged listing and final value fees.
So you probably still cost him a few bob. :)

I expect to be in court one day for the amount of transactions I ask people to cancel lol.
It tells you how many you have had, when you open another.

I easily owe them £500 so far this year. lol Fcuk your jew tax!

Maybe, but I tire of the game.

That place gets worse and worse for messers. I just sold some wheels for £51 but the winning bidder keeps making excuses... lol

Well the dog eats his own, and occasionaly the post, so it stands to reason that he would eat a poo that arrives with the post.
