White smoke and oil leak

Hi

My cars started to smoke a lot i mean a lot

there appears to be a leak somewhere near the bottom pully on the block,

It's a 1 L btw and it's lost a bit of oil in a short time,


Is it an engine out job(garage) or a diy job?


any help would be great

is it using alot of water aswell ? if it is your head gasket might have gone, if it is the head gasket you shouldnt be using it well I dont think you can use it :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll: other than that your valve stem oil seals must be fooked

Nope not loosing any water, no gunk under the filler cap or owt.

could the oil leak have sommet to do with it?

just smokes like hell, quite embarrisin lol

sounds like pistons rings causing the smoking

valve stem seals would cause it to smoke on start up and after long periods of idling - which mine does

piston rings would cause it to smoke all the time while under load

as for your leak its prolly not related unless its pissing out

get a compression test done to see if the rings are flagged up
