I cut the lips off one side of them using a Stanley knife and hammered them out.

I used a puller and a large socket, no cutting or hammering required!

use screwed rod and 2 large deep sockets, one as a mandrel and the other as a cup. wind the rod up gently and it will pull out. fit the new ones in revese order.

Burn them out!

I did that with he rear beam ones as they just didn't want to shift otherwise.

then when you try to fit the new ones, use a very small amount of soap to lubricate them

I run a drill through the rubber all the way round to try and relieve some pressure, then cut an end off and hammer away

And refitting, two half poly bushes ftw

Burn them out!

By FAR the most fun, (and quickest) way! (don't do it next to the mrs' washing, smokes a bit!)
