View Full Version : need HELP master brake cylinder

Iv hit a bit of troble me reservoir bottle from my mk1 1.6 gte had a small crack on it so I took it off to get new one to find they dont sell this type any more as its the old type the bottle I have where it clips into cylinder it has clip and rubber but the later models were just rubbers. The master cylinders are different to as mine has a groove inside for clips to clip into but the later models has a dip for rubber to sit better. So would it work if I got later master cylinder and bottle that they do sell and bolt that onto servo or will it not fit

I havnt but I will there loads of ones with rubber seal where bottle connects but cant find clip ones

As it happens, I may have a master cylinder for sale as of tomorrow, if it matches the picture of the one you want/have, I'm sure we can come to some arrangement.
