How do you remove the doors?

Alright guys, how do you remove the doors off the nova without a grinder?????? :thumb:

With a hinge pin removal tool. You can buy them or it is possible to make one from a bonnet stay.

Sykes Pickavant make a hinge pin removal tool and it comes with different sized spindles. One of them will fit.
There are new hydraulic versions of the tool now but they are quite pricey.

i use a standard bent-neck allen key myself, maybe 5mm ?? (the size of the hole) knock knock with a hammer.

helps if you have a partner to take the weight of the door while you do it, altho it can be done by yourself if you stack things up from the floor upto the door to take its weight

re the taking of the weight...... the pins will have actually worn so you need to lift the door slightly, i use a trolley jack with a rag on the top, then it will make knocking the pins out a lot easier
