C20xe nova linkage

Any one have a guide or know how I link the nova gear linkage to my c20xe last few bits left to do but finding it hard to do gear linkage

all you do is fit the standard nova linkage and then turn the plastic connector around 180 deg
job done

so i cant use the c20xe linkage

as said above just use the standard nova gearlinkage and just flip the white bit round so it sits out of the linkage like the pic
